Shipping Policy
At W&I, we have several shipping options, although we always ship via carriers. To know exactly how much your shipment will cost, remember that this will depend on several factors: the destination, whether we get the product in stock, the purchase price and the weight of the shipment. Shipping costs are free for purchases over €90 destined for mainland Spain.
Whenever you place an order at W&I we will inform you by email when we have shipped it. In addition, we will supervise the delivery and contact you if there is any problem. That's why we ask that you provide us with your contact email in the ordering process.
Return and Exchange Policy
In W&I, the customer has a period of 7 days to return his product, emphasizing that the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to the customer.
As return conditions are only valid for products purchased directly on our website.
